Quality Approach

TSL is recognized for her high quality. Quality assurance is an integral component of our product planning, design and manufacturing process. All our manufacturing units are equipped with latest technology machines and highly skilled work force. From design to commissioning, we take all necessary steps to ensure that you, our customer, receive quality products. We have a dedicated Quality department, which audits the products at every stage of manufacturing cycle and the system on a regular basis.

TSL provide customer IPT for approval before project kick off, TSL will follow the ITP to monitor the project and apply for customer’s inspection accordingly, TSL submit be-weekly progress report with photos to customer, so that customer can know about their product progress clearly. After delivery, TSL submit Class certificate and MRB, which collect all certificates and manufacture records inside.

TSL design and manufacture have been approved and certified by many different class societies like RINA, ABS, DNV, BV, LRS, NKK, RS, CCS and under compliance of ISO 9001 quality assurance. All products are completely tested before delivery, specialized test beds are applied for winches and crane. Rated load and overload test are carried out as the test procedure and report approved by the customer and Class.
